Office-Time Snacking Ideas: Filled With Goodness!

Eating right becomes a challenge when cravings hit while your at work. Baked goods at the office, unhealthy beverage options at those food trucks – it seems impossible especially during office hours, to stay on track and keep a watch on your plate. But the good news is, with a little effort we can actually prepare some healthy eating option filled with goodness and a sight to bring some glitters in your eyes. It is nothing less than a visual treat for sore eyes. We have taken out a list of options and can you guess what’s on top of our list? Its SMOOTHIES!

Smoothies are a great way to pack a ton of vitamins, antioxidants, and nutrition into a lunch. Oh yeah, and they taste HEAVENLY!

So, to start a soulful food regime at work, packed with health and happiness follow these recipes:

Chocolate Cookie Dough Smoothie


2 frozen bananas

1/2 scoop of Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tablespoon raw cacao powder or carob powder

1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs

1 tablespoon mesquite powder

2 cubes of ice

3 drops of stevia optional

dash of cinnamon

1 cup of almond milk or any vegan mylk


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Recipe Notes

Option to garnish with nuts, cacao nibs or coconut whipped cream

Chocolate Cherry Green Smoothie


1 cup frozen organic cherries

2 cups organic spinach

1 cup vanilla nut milk (I recommend almond milk for this recipe, but cashew milk and coconut milk would also work perfectly!)

2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs

1 tablespoon organic chia seeds

2 scoops collagen protein (I recommend Vital Proteins)


Combine all ingredients into a large, high-powered blender (I recommend Vitamix) and blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If you prefer to make this dairy-free smoothie completely Vegan, simply substitute the collagen protein for a plant-based protein powder. Or leave it out all together.

Blueberry Acai Green Smoothie with Collagen (Dairy-Free)


1 cup frozen wild, organic blueberries

1 frozen banana

2 cups organic spinach

1 tablespoon organic acai powder

2 tablespoons collagen protein

2 tablespoons organic chia seeds

1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk


Add all ingredients to a blender {I recommend Vitamix} and blend until smooth. Serve immediately

Almond Banana Smoothie


1 frozen banana

400 ml. (14 fl. oz) almond milk (or other milk of your choice)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/3 teaspoon almond extract

1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon honey (or agave for vegan)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
